Lemon Ice Cream

4 lemons, peel and seeds removed: freeze             

1 can of coconut cream  (full fat, no preservatives) 

Sweetener of choice: Maple syrup, stevia, etc.           

Blend, top with limoncello, nuts, fruit, etc.  Serves 2

Chocolate Fudge-Cycles                       

1 Frozen avocado, peeled                                                                                      

1/4 cup cocoa powder                                                                     

Maple syrup to taste

Blend: pour into popsicle molds and freeze.    

(I promise you won’t taste the avocado and neither will your kids;-)

Yield: 4-6 small pops

 

Chocolate Ice Cream     

4 bananas peeled, remove pith: freeze                                                 

2 TBS nut butter of choice (I use almond)                                           

1/4 cup raw cocoa powder                                                                       

Blend, (must have a powerful blender or food processor, otherwise ad milk of choice).

Sprinkle (or blend into ice cream at the end) chocolate chips, nuts, raspberries orange peel. Freeze for a couple hours and scoop into cones. Serves 2-4

 

Mango Ice Cream

1 frozen mango, peeled, diced

1 cup, coconut cream (full fat, no preservatives) 

Maple syrup to taste.

Blend (Add more liquid for a great frozen smoothie or freeze until scoopable.) Serves 2

Tips: 

You'll need a blender that's 1000 watts or more (or use a food processor, just takes longer)

Use all organic ingredients, no preservatives.
